FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
No fine print, no runaround. Here's what local business owners usually want to know before getting started.
Meta ads
We plan, write, build and run your Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram, and we keep testing them so they get cheaper per enquiry over time. Then an AI setter follows up every enquiry within 5 minutes and books it into your calendar. You approve the ads, take the appointments, and do the work you're good at.
You do, directly to Meta, from your own ad account. EZmate never holds or invoices ad spend, so there is no markup hiding inside it and you can see every dollar for yourself.
It depends on your market, your prices and what one job is worth to you. We work out a sensible number together on the call, and if your budget is too thin to get a real read we will tell you that instead of taking it.
No. The AI setter contacts every enquiry within 5 minutes, qualifies what they want and when they want it, and books the appointment. You get the booking and the notes, and the first time you speak to them is at the appointment.
Two parts: a flat monthly management fee for the work we do, and ad spend you pay straight to Meta. We go through the management fee on the call, once we know your market and what you're trying to fill. We never take a cut of your sales.
Enquiries usually start in the first week or two. The first month is mostly testing, and the cost per booking typically improves from there as we cut what loses and scale what wins. Anyone promising you a good week one is guessing.
Yes. Everything runs in your own Meta ad account, under your own business name, and every lead belongs to you. If we ever part ways you keep the account, the data and the leads. Nothing is held back.
Any local business where a booked conversation leads to a sale: trades and home services, health and beauty, professional services, fitness, automotive. If people buy from you after a quote, a consult or a site visit, this fits. If you sell low-value products online, it doesn't, and we'll say so.
No. It runs month to month. We do ask you to commit to a fair run of a few months up front, because testing needs time to pay off, but you are never locked into a term you can't leave.
No. We take a limited number of clients per industry per area so we are not running two campaigns against each other for the same customers. First to book the call gets the area.
Website
Not by itself, and we won't pretend otherwise. A website converts the people who already find you through Maps, referrals, or ads. It doesn't create demand out of nothing. If people are already finding you, a better site means more of them call. If nobody is finding you yet, tell us and we'll point you to Reviews first, because that's what fixes the traffic side.
A premium custom website, hand-coded for your business, plus your logo and brand kit, every word written for you, your photos cleaned up, and your Google Business Profile tuned up. You see it as a free demo first, and once it's paid for, it's yours to own.
You can cancel hosting anytime, there are no lock-in contracts. Your site comes down at the end of the paid month and we send you an export of the files, and you keep your domain and every lead it ever generated. Nothing about your enquiries or customers is held back.
Most builds go live in 10 to 14 days. You'll see a tailored demo within the first few days, before you commit to anything, and there's a revision round before we launch and connect your domain.
No. Every site is custom designed and hand-coded for your business and the areas you serve. No page builders, no drag-and-drop themes. That's why they load fast.
Your monthly plan covers small changes, prices, hours, photos, staff, service areas, up to about 30 minutes a month on Care, and more on Growth. Bigger changes or new pages are quoted first, so there's never a surprise invoice.
Yes. One dedicated account manager, their direct number, and they know your business. Not a rotating support queue.
Reviews
After each job, Reviews automatically sends your customer a friendly SMS and email inviting them to review you on Google, with smart follow-ups if they don't respond. Each request also offers a private feedback option, so if something went wrong you hear about it directly, and you get a simple monthly report on your growth.
Most businesses are up and running in under 30 minutes. Connect your Google Business Profile, link your CRM, and upload your branded photo, and you're good to go. On a less common CRM, we'll jump on a quick call and walk through the integration with you.
Most clients see their first reviews within 24 hours of switching on review reactivation. It depends on how many past customers you have, but we move fast.
Two weeks free to start. If you're not at 30 new Google reviews by the end of the two weeks, we keep working for free until you are, up to 4 weeks. You only start paying once we've hit the number.
Yes. Asking every customer for an honest review is completely allowed. What Google bans is buying fake reviews or review-gating, which means only asking the happy ones. We stay compliant by inviting every customer, and simply offering an option to send feedback privately first so you can make things right before it becomes a public review.
Anytime, no lock-in. Your reviews are on your own Google Business Profile, so they stay with you.
