Paid Ads for real estate sales agents
We bring qualified appraisal bookings into your calendar.
Meta ads in your suburbs, an AI setter that calls every enquiry within 5 minutes, and 10 booked qualified appraisals in 90 days.
How it works
Three parts, and we run all three.
Meta ads
You give us your core suburbs and your recent sales. We build the ads and set up the campaign. You approve every ad before it goes live.
Lead generation
We launch on Facebook and Instagram. The first three weeks are testing. We scale the winning ad and keep optimising it.
Appointment setting
The AI contacts every new lead within 5 minutes, qualifies vendor intent and timeline, books in-home appraisals straight into your calendar, and sends automated reminders so vendors show up.
What a referral fee costs you
Move the sliders to your market. Figures are gross commission, before any agency split.
- Your commission per sale
- $18,700
- Referral fee per sale
- $5,610
$2,700 ad spend, paid by you to Meta ($30 a day minimum)Our flat fee is not shown here. We go through it on the call.
You make money, I make money.
10 is the floor. Most agents walk into more.
$30 a day buys the guaranteed 10. Every dollar above that buys more conversations with owners, and more appraisals in your calendar. Slide the spend and watch it climb.
Guaranteed: 10 booked appraisals in 90 days at $30 a day. Miss it and your service fee is refunded pro-rata. The guarantee in full
$50/ day
- Appraisals in 90 days
- 20 to 25
- Listings, closing 3 of 10
- 7
- Commission opportunity
- $130,900
At $50 a day you are running 1.7× the guaranteed spend. Same suburbs, same AI setter, roughly 1.7× the conversations.
The guarantee
10 booked appraisals in 90 days, or your service fee back.
- Booked means it happened
- An appraisal counts only when you walk through the door. The owner cancels or does not show? It does not count.
- The refund is pro-rata
- Seven of ten took place? 30% of your service fee comes back at day 90. Zero of ten? All of it. No arguing, no claim form.
- One condition
- Keep the ads running at $30 a day for the full 90 days and see the agreement through. Stop early for any reason and the guarantee stops with it.
Whether an appraisal turns into a listing is your responsibility, not ours. We get you in the door. You win the room. Projections scale the guaranteed floor with your spend and are estimates, not promises.
Who this is for
Agents who list and sell.
We take on a limited number of agents per area, because two agents in the same suburbs would be bidding against each other for the same owners.
A good fit
- Individual sales agents who list and sell residential property.
- Agents with the calendar to attend 10 or more appraisals in the next 90 days.
- Agents willing to run $30 a day in ads under their own name.
- Agents who would rather be in a lounge room than on a doorstep.
Not a fit
- Property managers.
- Buyer's agents.
- Anyone who wants the leads but not the appraisals.
- Anyone expecting a listing to be guaranteed. The appraisal is. The listing is yours to win.
Questions agents ask
Before you book.
One that actually takes place, in the owner's home, from your calendar. Reschedules count when they happen, including up to 14 days past day 90. An owner who cancels or does not show does not count. A no-show caused by you does count as delivered.
You do, directly to Meta, from your own ad account, at a minimum of $30 a day. EZmate never holds or invoices ad spend, so there is no markup hiding inside it.
Ads in the suburbs you name, aimed at owners asking what their home is worth. Not a marketplace, not a shared list, not a database another agent also bought.
No. The AI setter calls every enquiry within 5 minutes, qualifies intent and timeline, and books the appraisal. You receive the booking and the notes on the owner.
Two parts: a flat service fee, and ad spend you pay straight to Meta at the level you want to scale, from $30 a day. We go through the service fee on the call. We take $0 of your commission either way.
No. The appraisal is. Winning the listing in the lounge room is your job, and the agreement says so in plain words.
Continue month to month, or stop. There is no lock-in beyond the first 90 days.
Two pages: the ads, the AI system, the 90-day term, the ad-spend condition, and the refund formula. You can read it in five minutes.
No. We limit agents per area so we are not running two campaigns against each other for the same owners. First to book the call gets the area.
